Great attention, thanks to all the staff, Arnold, Kelsey, and all of them. I arrive late in out of the morning and have a great attention to get a comfortable night of sleep after a long day of work. As a corporate pilot is great to know I can count with them. Thanks a lot.

Had such a great experience here. We got off a cruise and arrived at the hotel before 9 am. We were so happy that our room was ready and we were able to check in! We also got two free drinks from the hotel bar to use that night. Room was nice and clean. Great view! We then headed to the pool with the kids. Nice pool area with cute little cabana huts to relax in. They also have a nice outdoor area that is near the pool to relax in. Nice comfy couches and chairs. Covered from the sun too.The area is great too. We have never been to Miami before, but found a great restaurant close by to walk to. We also got on the free metro mover that was close by and takes you around the Brickell area. We went to pier 5 and there was so much to do and see there. The breakfast was great the next morning. Lots of options and coffee was available 24 hours! Spacious area and lots of seating. The staff here is so welcoming and kind. Would love to come back and stay here.

Well this trip was amazing, We had a 13 hour layover missing a whole day of our anniversary trip and Arnold came and blessed up with the best room in the hotel on the 16th floor we were so surprised and excited especially after the day we had we appreciate you! You are a blessing!!! Please keep that positive vibe you really made our stay worth it!!!!

We stayed one night enroute to Key West. Nice location to explore the Brickell area with restaurants and shopping. Also close to Calle Ocho and the Bay. Breakfast was good quality and lots of variety. Professional and courteous staff. The free happy hour drinks were appreciated. Pool is a little small but we only stayed one night. Parking is quite convenient. Will stay here again.

This hotel really is everything guests say it is. I only had 1 minor disappointment, which I will mention later.. 1. Arrived on a red eye from California around 9am, and they got us into a room right away without any uncharges!! This gesture here has me a loyal fan. After we dropped off the luggage, we headed down for breakfast. 2. Included breakfast. Anyone complaining about this complimentary breakfast just can not be satisfied. The waffle station is to die for! Egg dishes, sausage, or bacon , hot oatmeal, cold cereal, muffins , juice , coffee ,etc etc. Ate the morning of check-in and again on check out. 3. Location- walking distance to my favorite Latin Cafe as well as many other restaurants and bars as well as a CVS. 4. Room - was clean, comfortable, with a nice size TV, spacious bathroom, and the AC got the room icy cold 5. We didn't use the contracted port shuttle service as my gf ordered an Uber, which was about $22 for an Uber XL. 6. My only disappointment was the voucher for the free drink at the bar. The bar was closed an hour early due to the bar tender going home sick. The next day, the clerk let us select a soft drink or bottled water from the snack bar, so it was an excellent service recovery! Highly highly recommend this hotel for families, friends, and even couples trips. It is reasonably priced, and while not Miami style swanky It does not feel like a budget hotel at all. I am even contemplating staying here again for an upcoming Ft Lauderdale cruise.
