Positives: The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms were very clean (with comfy beds) and the hotel also provided extras such as coffee pods, bottled water and bathroom amenities for free. There was a mini bar also in the fridge. The air condition worked very well and the water pressure/temperature was as you'd hope. Things that could have been better for our trip. The location is not central. The rooms could have been bigger too. (Though these things are quite clear when booking)

Stayed for one night. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful. Free juice on arrival. Rooms very nice - clean and spacious. Free coffee in room. WIFI good. Location: many bars and restaurants within walking distance and Barcelona Sants station is a 5 minute walk away.

This is where I truly deviate from the TripAdvisor norm: The hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed at. On a good note, the room was nice. Clean. Pleasant. All went downhill from there the three nights I stayed. There's no room temperature control. The room was too hot. Front desk said to open a window. Breakfast was basic. Nothing to write home about. But hey it was free. Housekeeping inconsistent my entire stay. I had to insist on cleaning each day. Front desk the most incompetent. Pleasant but unable to carry out anything. I even video recorded them in action (a first for me, ever, and I hope the last) just to show their lack of hotel skills. An email to manager Pau Torreblanca yielded nothing but defensive responses. No acknowledgement of failure to manage staff better. This hotel is the equivalent of Super 8 in the States. I would suggest other hotels in the Estacio Sants area.

We arrived at Barcelona airport late evening . Taxi from airport was around 50 euros. Had we realised how close to the Sants Station the Hotel is we may have taken the train . Pleasant hotel, not much of interest nearby so we took the hop on hop off tourist bus from Sants Station . Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. We didn’t try the restaurant, preferring to dine in the city. Rooms are clean, but small. Our room had just a bed and small cupboard with no hanging space long enough for dresses.there were no surfaces to put anything and no space to even lay our suitcases flat. For this reason I would not recommend for anything more than a brief stay.

Very good hotel, clean quiet rooms. Ask for room higher up overlooking back. Road at front busy and noisy. No noise from other rooms and air conditioning worked well. It was hot weather in September. Comfy bed and nice bathroom . Lots of toiletries in bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, toothbrushes etc. Good shower over bath. Tea/coffee tray. Breakfast good choice and all the food gets topped up even towards the end of service. We like being near Sants Station, easy to use the train and metro and buy a ticket for 10 rides for 11 euros, a bargain.
