We enjoyed the boutique feel of the hotel. The central location made for easy walking tours of the old city. We were surprised by the many small amenities, like cookies, chocolates, water, apple spritz The little secluded garden area was a pleasant place to unwind at the end of the day. Very friendly service.

Everything was good, the location was perfect, check-in was easy, the facility was comfortable and clean. For the price, everything was perfect. The breakfast started our days off quite well. The elevator was interesting. It was a fun stay. I normally don't leave reviews, but wanted to give feedback. Our stay was good, but Alessandra made our stay so welcoming, and we didn't feel like foreigners in a different country. Thanks!

The hotel is walking distance to many famous landmarks and the starting point for the Hop on Hop off Bus. Although the room was small, for a city location it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Perfect position, lovely helpful staff, comfortable beds and facilities. We stayed in the Gaudi suit and the only thing i can suggest is an adjustable shower head to adjust the height as it was so low I had to sit in the seat to wash my hair and was very annoying. I am only 167cm and up to my check only. If you fix that I would give you a 10 but a shower is very important you use it daily so I can only give a 8/10. I will not return unless this is updated. We are returning to Spain in more times in the next 12 months. Thank you.

Great location but very noisy hotel. Something went on at 3am one morning sounded like a door being hammered or broken into. The way some of the rooms are positioned and the walls are very thin so you can hear talking/tv etc from rooms nearby. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good too.
