So, I don’t know where to start. We arrived later than check in, but called beforehand to ensure my friend and I would be in the same room because I have a disability. They refused us a shared room upon arrival and after arguing with the desk for 15min they magically were no longer “full” and had space to put us together. When we got to our room, our beds were occupied. Next, they do not have a microwave, fridge, or anyplace to eat outside food if an event is happening in the main lobby, like tonight. We were kicked out of the bar, no outside food (okay), but others were eating outside food and were not asked to leave. They also attempted to bribe us with writing a good review by supplying a free towel, really? This was a money hungry establishment that doesn’t care if young travelers are spending a fortune attempting to explore new places. If you don’t mind spending $50 for meals then this is a great place. If you want to save money and not get swindled by a hungry business. Spend a little more somewhere else.

I had an excellent stay at Generator Stockholm. The hostel is modern, clean, and has a lively atmosphere. Nicole, one of the staff members, was outstanding. She was friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips about the city. She made my stay feel special. The rooms were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for meeting other travelers. I highly recommend Generator Stockholm, thanks in large part to the fantastic staff like Nicole!

We just wrapped up our stay at your hotel, and overall, it was pretty great! There were a lot of things we really enjoyed, especially the cool tech you’ve integrated for check-in and check-out. It made everything so easy and stress-free. Plus, the food was fantastic. Both the breakfast and the Caesar salad were delicious, and the fact that the kitchen stays open until 23:00 was a lifesaver for our late-night cravings.The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. They explained everything clearly and gave us great tips on getting around the city. The location of the hotel is perfect – we could walk to most of the attractions, which was super convenient.That being said, there are a few areas where we think things could be improved. The toilets in the lobby area definitely need more attention to cleanliness. It wasn’t a great experience using them. And the elevator – wow, it must be the slowest one in the world. With one of them out of order, it was a bit of a nightmare. Speeding it up and ensuring both are working would be awesome.Our room was comfortable, but a few extra amenities would have made it even better. A carpet would help with the cold floors, and having a water kettle with some tea and coffee supplies would be great. Also, the pillows weren’t very comfy – fluffier ones would definitely be a nice upgrade.One last suggestion – installing bidet showers in the public toilets would be a huge plus for hygiene.Despite these points, we still think your hotel offers the best value in Stockholm. The prices are great, especially given the location and the overall experience. With a few tweaks, you could make it truly amazing. Thanks for a good stay!

It was average nice and enjoyable visit overall. The room was quite large and was nice and spacious. We rented bikes and this made it very easy to go around the city. They were not very expensive and very useful. Overall our visit was great and I think I would come back here.
