What a beautiful property but if you're looking for great service I would steer clear of this property. We spent 4 nights in this hotel and were a large group from 4 different cities for a family reunion. What was amusing (in a frustrating way) the hotel staff behaved like they had a sudden booking. Terribly understaffed they were constantly running five steps behind in all aspects of service. I honestly blame the management because if you have accepted a large booking and not ensured your hotel has enough staff, you make it difficult for the guests and staff alike. The same people who were serving you, were running the front desk and cleaning your rooms. We were a large group and for a while let bygones be bygones but there was alot of resistance for everything. From stained towels, sheets to taking over 45 mins to prepare a boiled egg. It all comes down to lack of management. Its a shame because the property is beautiful but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

nice rooms with huge balconies . its a green property with open lawns . rooms are kept neat and clean . the location is perfect as its not far away from the city center but ia away from the traffic areas. Nice staff that assist you with a smile. Try to stay in apartments

We had a comfortable stay . Though it's a limited services hotel yet it's reasonably priced and true value for money. Even the higher categories deserve the tariff . We took the deluxe category. It had a huge window facing the lawns . Staff was friendly

It's the greenest property in palampur. They do not allow plastic and the whole hotel reflects it's sustainable eco friendly policy. The rooms are one of the best in palampur . The property is not a cluster of side by side rooms but has ample open spaces and huge lawns . Not far way from the city center yet secluded, fresco is the best choice for stay in palampur
