The first room they gave me, the door doesn't lock from the outside. Anyone can just push it open. They had to change room for me. It's not clean. The toilet has drain flies coming out of the drain hole in the shower. Price isn't cheap for what you get. Look somewhere else. Pay a bit more and get a place more hygienic. The room opposite mine had a party at 3.30am. Took me 3 tries to get the reception to come and tell them off.

House keeping on 30th May is good! House keeping on 31st May is terrible! Cup never wash. 2nd cup got lipstick mark. Used towel never been removed. Request pillow in the morning but in evening when I’m back from outside still no pillow hence need to call reception again. Calling reception no pick up. Second call pick up but not friendly. Impatient & rude receptionist. Mention about I found lipstick mark on cup, he said I must wash it myself.

My daughter and I stayed here at first for 2 nights, then when we got back after our cruise, we stayed for another night , and requested for late check out, this time we got an upgraded room 🥰, special thanks to Ong Kean Wei for his ready smile and for assisting us always, most of the staff are really very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is an easy access to transportation, 5 mins walk to bus stations, also near Whampoa hawkers and Cheers, will recommend this hotel 🥰 Excellent job everyone 🥰

Friendly staff howver accommodation very poor substandard. Room small unfir for two adults. Room only had a stool which again was substandard. Standard of decoration sub standard. Overall a very very bad place to stay. Not recommended considering the price charged.
