Incredible guest service from the staff. Alex was amazing in providing the best service. Sam our dinner server was so pleasant. Such an amazing team of the best of the best. This is the place to stay in a home away from home. Breakfast buffet was superb.

Making our stay special by their attentiveness

We flew in to Europe for our 25th anniversary we stayed for three nights. From the first moment at check in, Diego- the front desk agent made us feel welcome and special. Carefully answering all of our questions and giving us a detailed explanation of the area with maps. Additionally, after a long trip and an early arrival, we were allowed an early check in, and received a room upgrade. What a way to Celebrate a special occasion! After settling in we were surprised with a complimentary delivery of spectacular pastries. Honoring our anniversary and wonderful note from the staff. Having trouble exchanging and using 200 euro bills. The front desk staff went above and beyond exchanging and advising us on the reason it was so hard to use the large bills. The breakfast staff were helpful, and attentive. The breakfast choices were amazing and prepared just right. It truly made our holiday a wonderful place to rest and call home! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay.

Nicely appointed hotel with a staff that tried very hard to please. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with lots of restarurants and safe streets to walk around. The problem, to us, is that it is in an area of the city that is not easily negotiated by a tourist. It is far from City Center and any of the many sites of Barcelon and quite a long walk to the Metro or other public transportation. If you ask for a cab, they provide you with a car service with fixed prices. It is not a location for tourists.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Diagonal Barcelona. The room and the view of the city was beautiful. The staff was very attentive and helped us to get around the city. We were able to purchase tour tickets from the hotel that made out trip so easy. The dining service breakfast buffet and dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet left nothing to desire. There was something for everyone. Fabio and Anna were wonderful to us. Fabio helped us to get around the city by drawing special places of interest on the map which we could walk to and gave us detailed information as to what places we would want to visit in our short stay. I can't leave out the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to help us with car services, tour tickets and just over all anything you needed.
