I rarely write a negative review, but this hotel is in need of updating. As most people at the hotel, we were assigned this hotel by Turkish Airlines after one of their flights was late getting in and we were not able to make the connection home. We had been staying in nice hotels on our trip, so when the Turkish Airlines person said this is (was) a five-star hotel I believed them. Maybe thirty years ago this was a five-star hotel, but now it is closer to a two-star. They keep the lights off which makes it seem dark. I expect this is to save money. On the positive side, the staff members are friendly. There is a large fitness room, but again half the lights don’t work and for some reason it does not typically open until 10:00 a.m. The food was fine on the buffet. The room was small, but it was quiet which was positive. The shower nozzle did not work and we had to get it fixed. The hotel is not close to the Grand Bazaar and is about 45 minutes from the airport. Overall, we would not stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

Turkish airline moved us to this hotel after their flight came late to Istambul and many people missed the connection. Some people got Sheraton or other hotels as a place to stay overnight, and we got Euro park hotel. And there are two problems. If ever Turkish airline will try to put it in this hotel refuse! First, it is 50 minutes from the airport. Second, they It is on paper a 5 star hotel but it is definitely not. I do not like but do not have great problems with a bit stinky rooms, bad taste, and awful food served as a dinner. I have some problem with the fact that the hotel forced us to take a return shuttle to the airport at 4am while we all had our planes departures after 8am or 9am, so we stayed for three useless hours waiting for the planes. But the main problem is that the hotel claims 5 stars but offers 2 stars delivery. It is a lousy hotel and very bad choice of Turkish airlines.

I've been in November 2023. This hotel it doesn't even deserve 2 stars. Everything is miserable. From the moment I entered the room, I immediately noticed fingerprints on the window and hair on the sink. In the morning I saw hair under the bed and chewing gum left under a cup of tea probably left by previous customers or maybe even employees. The food is left from day to day, there are not many varieties, the tables are full of dust. It is not vacuumed daily and my bed linen was changed only once in a week and the towels never. During the day, they knocked on my door on the grounds that I would sell you tea, and if you don't answer, they will enter your room. If I want something order. They are very curious, so take a picture of how you left things.The air conditioner is old and full of dust. The toilet brush is extremely old. They need to invest more. I did video as well to show to my friends the hotel and how disappointed I was. They need to invest money and clean better. By the way, you can find good restaurants near the hotel.

Lets start with the positives, our room was a twin and a nice size, beds and pillows are comfortable and the interior of the hotel looks lovely. The gym is a very good size and standard. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives, two brown stains on bedroom carpet which look degusting. Shower which always leaked onto bathroom floor. strong beefy smell in draws and 4 hangers in the wardrobe. Although noise from the very busy road was at a minimum the hotel doors slamming and noise from the other rooms was not. Food was outrageous, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and pieces of frankfurter in a spicey tomato sauce for breakfast, stale bread, a 2 slice toaster which took forever to toast bread. Dinners were cold and just as un-palatable. You have 200 plus British people in your hotel and you think this is acceptable? I am relatively well traveled and in my opinion I would struggle to give this hotel 2 stars what a disappointment!!!

TURKISH Airlines send us to spend the night due to a rescheduled flight. Horrible! Nothing to do with a 5 stars hotel. Maybe a 3 stars hotel 40 minutos far from the airport. The girl in the front desktop start shouting to us and all the people arriving as soon as we pass througth the door. She retained our passports. Nothing to do close the hotel. Dinner with 2 disgusting options. We went to a near restaurant to find something to eat. Breakfast only opened 15 minutes before our departure. Rooms with no light!! Very noisy. Impossible to sleep!! All staff very rude!! DON'T GO THERE.
