We booked 2 Premium rooms through Yatra.com. I got it with cheap rates. We checked in to hotel 7:00 pm in evening and left next day after having breakfast. For me, nice location, easy to trace the hotel. Prompt service. My room's AC was not working which I guess I switched off. I called reception for this issue and no time they were in from of me. I called them twice and both time it was my mistake. they were so prompt at service. I really appreciate these guys. Parking for Ciaz was enough. comfortable beds.Neat and clean bathrooms. Next day had breakfast that was also AWESOME. It was more than worth Hotel I would say.

Located just opposite to railway station, near shital chowk in Bharuch. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous but service is very slow, need several calls to front desk to get the things done. Food offered is okay, needs improvement. specially in the service part, the staff is untrained and limited quantity for breakfast. If you need anything, you have to wait. The wifi is slow and strength is weak. Good place to stay in case you want to catch a train.

I booked this hotel through Oyo as photographs and location seemed good. However when I reached hotel it was all under construction. Reception was in bad shape. They allotted me a room on third floor. I had to walk all the way as lift was not working. The stairs as well as corridor was dirty. Looked like I was alone guest on that floor. They did not have restaurant in operation so the hotel arranged food for me from outside. Towels in washroom even were dirty. The only positive part was the room was good. It is better to avoid this hotel...

In the midst of this small town is this good hotel... It is bang opposite the railway station - I decided on this hotel as I had to catch a train at 3 a.m. The room size is quite big, although spartan in furnishing. Wifi is quite good. The food is very good and the helping portion is quite big... Room service is quite prompt.... The hotel provides for all guest amenities...which i had least expected. The room rate is also very reasonable.

Konumu itibariyle ulaşım için iyi olabilir. Fakat yanındaki tren istasyonu nedeniyle çok gürültülü. Trenler çok geçmekte. Gündüz de trafik gürültüsü çok fazla. Oda büyük ve kullanışlı. Ancak iyi bir duş olanağı beklemeyin. Çalışanları ilgili. Kahvaltısı da normalin çok dışında fazla yöresel
