We had a 3-day business meeting in April and I was pleased with the service, the food, and the attention given our group. Jesus and Marin went out of their way to provide whatever we asked. The meeting package was a good value and our attendees were pleased.

To start customer service is subpar. Did not receive water or any gift for the Hilton status. Treated as an annoyance and rises through the check in process. Room was old and AC was extremely loud compared to other Hiltons. Towels were thin worn out with only choice of liquid (hate it) soap. Felt like the entire hotel needs a good top to bottom cleaning. Floor in breakfast was sticky one morning and had the cafeteria smell. Absolutely no bacon at breakfast, a first since bacon is available at a Hampton inn. Omelette made to order with limited selection. Susage was horrible- probably worst breakfast ever encountered in an Embassy. Location is the only plus. Charge for parking. Needs an intervention by Hilton and a makeover.

This is great location with clean and quite rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning! Ms. Meron was superb with her customer service and professionalism. She made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel and we know where to stay for my next visit in town.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and very quiet. The staff was also friendly and helpful. My luggage got lost on the way and the hotel manager went out of his way to help me. Definitely one of my best stays in a while.
