Very nice hotel. Great location, professional and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast (great selection and really good quality which you don’t always see in a buffet). Only downside was the WiFi was terrible all 3 days we were there. Essentially useless. Otherwise highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in a standard double room. The room was a decent size with good facilities - aircon that was really effective, a mini bar, tea and coffee making items, toiletries and a decent sized flat screen TV with Netflix and Prime Video. The room had a nice comfortable bed and although there was no bath there was excellent water pressure in the shower. The room was also serviced daily. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the canal in one direction and to the opera house in the other. There were lots of bars, coffee houses and restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed walking around the city from this base. Inside the hotel, there was a pleasant bar area with a good choice of reasonably priced drinks served by friendly staff with complementary peanuts. Sabri deserves a special mention as he was a really nice guy who gave us excellent service. Our booking had breakfast included and there was a wide variety of options to choose from - something for everybody. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A nice touch was the screen on the wall in the reception area which the staff could use to show directions on Google maps to places you might want to visit. Another nice touch was the complementary umbrellas which came in very handy on the day it rained! I’ve seen some reviews that mentioned how noisy the surrounding area was. We did not experience any of this and we had a restful sleep every night we were there. Overall - a great place to use as your base when visiting Vienna. If we come back I’d definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel. we stayed there a week. all was ferfect, all the stuff were very kind and the service was excellent, we got a spacoius room, very clean, equipped with all the important things, the breakfest was superb, there was nothing missing. the location of the hotel is excellent. we'll return there certainly!!!

Lovely hotel. Peaceful. Central, yet quiet. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable. Superb large beds. Well equipped bathrooms. Everything in good working order. We stayed with my family for 4 days during easter holiday. All staff, hotel and its location were excellent. I recommend das tigra hotel who would like to stay near Vienna city. Breakfast and the condition of room was good. Frequently and daily the staff was checking housekeeping. I enjoyed our stay.
