As we were traveling with elderly family members as well as kids we made a hault here before going to Darjeeling as well as while coming back to Kolkata. The hotel is so good that we were thinking why wouldn't we extend our stay !!! The food, room, service all are excellent. Also they allowed us to stay at room till our taxi arrived. One more thing we liked here is the tag that they put in luggage !! It's unique !! Keep it up team Cygnet Style Tania's!!

Things are absolutely perfect starting from ambiance, staffs, food, cleanliness. One thing only need to really work on that during check in- check out your card machine on reception should work while making the Payment. Every time this is not possible that your card machine is not in working condition or there is some network issues. I’ve faced this twice during my stay. Twice in a year.

Good Experience. Food was amazing. Great ambience. It is approx 5 to 6 kms from the njp railway station. Cygnett Style Tania's hotel garners acclaim for its exceptional service and hospitable staff, although a few guests suggest there's room for improvement. The central location is a hit with visitors, who love being in the heart of the city.
