We had a late arrival time to Singapore and thought staying at Crowne would give us the time needed to explore Changi Airport and we were not disappointed. What a view of the runway!! We were like two kids watching the planes land from the comfort of our bedroom. It was amazing! After checking in, which was smooth and easy, we headed to Jewel which was about a 3-5 minute. There is so much to explore and staying at the airport was convenient. The room was large and we had the best night sleep, in such a comfortable bed, ready to explore Singapore the next day. There was plenty to select from the Breakfast buffet and staff were very friendly. If you have a late flight into Singapore and want to explore Jewel I highly recommend staying the night at Crowne.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious - almost too big, given that I imagine most people only stay for 1/2/3 nights, but it's a nice problem to have. As an IHG member I got a late check out at 2pm and 20% off food (not sure if that is a permanent benefit). Lovely pool. No issues with noise from aeroplanes. But ... not 5 stars because I had to pay extra to get a non-smoking room. It is odd - and unfair - to penalise non-smokers for the habit of others. No doubt it is smoking rooms that require more cleaning and more frequent redecoration so why not charge smokers more, or even spread the cost across all rooms. Anything but expect non-smokers to wholly pay for it. Very, very poor. As a female, solo traveller there are also no bolts or chains on the room door. I appreciate that Singapore is considered a very safe destination, but additional security would have been appreciated.

Perfect location , highly recommend the crown plaza if you are staying for 1 night or 1 week !

Flying in from Australia at 1 am it was perfect location, hopped off the shuttle train into the crown plaza. Easy check in and rooms were very comfortable. Jewel centre was an easy walk from hotel, all inside the airport complex. Lots of food places to explore, rain vortex, be there at 10 am to see it start and go back in the evening to see the light show.

Our layover in Singapore was exceptional, thanks to Jacob for seamless check-in process who ensured our stay was enjoyable also helped us feel at ease by making sure we knew where we need to go for our next flight most importantly he also ensured that we do not to miss our next flight out. Hellen from housekeeping also deserves a mention for promptly sending our requests. The breakfast at Allora was fantastic with lots of choice to choose from. Given by the friendly and efficient staff made our stay way above five-star accommodation.

The Crowne Plaza Singapore is a lovely hotel, a home away from home. The rooms are very large, beautifully appointed. They supplied plenty of bottled water. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The club lounge was excellent we had cocktail hour at 1730 and food to eat included in the price of our room. we could go in anytime when open for tea, coffee or cold drinks and snacks. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they had time to talk to us, they were very polite and pleasant, treated us like royalty. They made us feel comfortable in this relaxing environment. We are members of IHG group which is beneficial so we can enjoy all the perks. Located at terminal 3, we just had to walk out the door to enter "check in" for our flight stress free.
