It was very clean hotel and smelled great, well taking care of. The beds were comfortable. The shower was clean which was nice also. I didn’t care for the fact of having no bar soap then when I asked they had to find a random one. I didn’t like how they made me feel uncomfortable walking in and out of the hotel to smoke my cigarettes, constant rude looks and watching for what reason?… I had booked it for another night and was nice they let me stay in the room instead of checking out waiting and checking back in but they made me uncomfortable about it. They came and checked my room then tells me no smoking which I wasn’t in the room and told them to check the cameras how much I go outside to smoke I don’t do it in the room, what all cuz i have my pack on the stand you wanna be rude, then to treat me uncomfortable to stay there by watching, talking to one another and staring. Well hate to break it to you I was there for a bed and pillow not nothing more. Don’t make ppl feel uncomfortable!

The rooms were very clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The home fries are excellent. The beds are very comfortable too. We look forward to staying here again. The location is perfect too.

The hotel’s location is great. The room we are staying in is clean and has amble room. However, my husband and I like to take the stairs instead of the elevator. The back staircase was dirty. The stairs had not been vacuumed in some time. Debris has accumulated. The carpet is frayed and in need of a deep cleaning. The gym equipment is out of order. Just how long can you use the elliptical?

Since nearly all of the surrounding hotels were booked, we took a chance with Country Inn & Suites. We were glad we did. Less expensive, clean rooms, and extremely nice staff made our stay great. Just off of the Interstate, you're minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, and a few blocks away from the shopping outlets and casino.

Do not stay here! Multiple lights burnt out in the hallway. Pool was so cloudy we did not use it. Shower doors were off the track so they couldn't be closed. TV remote's Volume Up button broken. Entry light burnt out. Fan button on thermostat broken. No corrections of any of the above were made. Breakfast was only 2 hours. 30 minutes before it was over they ran out of milk and eggs and were not refilled. No indication of what kind of milk they had (Skim, 1%, 2%, whole). Milk and yogurt were not refrigerated, just sitting in mostly melted ice. The orange juice dispenser dispensed water.
