The staff were very friendly and polite . The food was very good especially the breakfast . Room service can be improves upon . It is a beautiful Island resort . I would love to bring more friends & family to here and will definitely recommend to all .

The entire experience of coordination with the ground team to get on the ferry ( it takes a ferry ride to get on the Island) and the ride back on the ferry to the pier and everything in between was a pleasant experience. The resort staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, with all the complexities involved in making a resort fully operational on an island they do a good job at keeping it functional. There are sufficient activities organised; like a Nature trail walk with Naturalist Sunil who is well informed and pleasant to talk to. He was went out of the way to make the trail walk comfortable and answered all questions we had of the flora and fauna around. Water sports, skinny dipping in the pool watching the sunset and great pics ops all around. The spa too with its beautiful view is a must visit. As for the staff at the resort, they are the ones that are making a difference. The Reception staff including Sarafin and his team were always receptive to feedback and inputs. The Restaurant chef Elam along with his team extended all help to make the few meals at the resort a good experience. Housekeeping ensured all calls were addressed within reasonable time. Overall I would recommend it for a visit for an Island resort kind of experience. What can be managed better : 1. The Jr. staff will take a bit of training to match up to the requirements of the guests though they go to all lengths to make it good from their end 2. The Bar counter at Jolly Rogers needs a bit of cleaning and attention.. 3. Handling special events could be with a bit more options rather than just the restaurant table , they have a beautiful view of the beach which can be used better for such special occasions. All in all a great experience with a picture perfect background.

Wanna forget the city life and be serenaded by nature this is the place to be.The opulent water body and lush greenery along with staff that’s kind and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant makes the trip worth every penny. Would not recommend this to anyone at all. During our stay two bulbs had sparked and busted. It was a haunting experience. We were living in constant fear. Light/Power was circling on and off for like 30 times during our 2 days stay. AC was not powerful enough for the room size and location (sun facing). Only thing great was the exceptionally good staff and the pool.

Amazing place to chill out and unwind !! The nature walk is must do. Hosting is absolutely spot on with all the arrangements. Special mention of Mr Elam, Mr Sarafin and team for making our stay memorable. The poolside party and the music of choice ensured we locked in enough memories till we visit next time. Definitely recommend for smaller team outings and family gatherings
