We have checked in on 26th n it was wedding anniversary. The Hotel Staff Specially Anuranjan & Reagan have organised a great surprise for us which happened to be so so wonderful that my anniversary memory has become the lifetime one. Kudos to the Anuranjan Sir and Reagan Sir for making my stay so so comfortable. Will visit soon again.

We had been there to taj Cidade de Goa Heritage for celebrating 6 months birthday of our little one... The special birthday arrangements (cake + decoration+ photography) made by NIKITA AND TEAM were outstanding.... The overall stay was really nice and comfortable... Just one small thing, the room's noise isolation / insulation was not up to the mark according to me.. could hear really loud noises from adjacent rooms which caused some mild sleep disturbances for us... Rest all was taken care of amazingly well.. the staff hospitality was at another level.. happy with the taj experience

It was our pleasure to spend our vacation from May 25,2024 to May 27,2024 at Cidade de Goa heritage . The stay was a memorable one and one of the best stays we ever had at cidade since 2004 . We as a family, had been visiting Cidade since 2004 regular as it is our first choice during our vacation . The staff especially Priya , Nikita your restaurant managers Fernandes ,Anuranjan kumar , supportive staff Uday were the best in attending us . From chefs to room/ pool managers to housekeeping , supportive engineering staff were at their best in hospitality . We miss the entire team so much as the entire stay was relaxing and rejuvenating to recharge us in our stressful schedules in Mumbai . To have a pre- birthday celebrations of my daughter Arati was highly appreciated . Not to forget the live music by Ashley and team . We feel utmost secure at home when we enter cidade campus . Thanks to Mr Dattaram Chodankar once again for his personalised taking prompt care of his guest and making our stay a memorable one . It was my first visit to Taj group of hotels. Overall, I was very impressed with the warmth and love shown by each and everyone. They went above and beyond to take care of my 5 months old son. He really enjoyed the gifts/toys. Thank you so very much for great hospitality. Hoping to come back soon.
