Right from checking, to best room with all the amenities, cleanliness throughout the premises, multi cuisine breakfast at Bougainvillea, a great working space at lobby level, a perfect lounge within the premises i.e. Pablo, an art lounge. All was a cinematic experience which gill be unforgettable.

Just checked in the hotel room door found open and there was half water bottle in the minibar fridge there was no housekeeping supervisor or manager available on duty. Hotel should have more staff to maintain the hotel

I wish I had better things to say about my stay at Centre Point, Navi Mumbai. I booked a room for a night last week. Whilst, the hotel is located in a very busy industrial area of Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, it's tucked away in a quite corner. Apart from this, everything else was forgettable. It was a working day for me and I was hoping to get some office work completed, but thanks to the hotel authorities Wi-Fi didn't for the entire duration of my stay. When I enquired about this as soon as I checked in, I was told by the reception that it usually takes 10 mins for the Wi-Fi to kick in - last I knew we were still in the 21st century. Anyway, I checked with the reception again after 30 mins, they gave them different Wi-Fi login credentials, which also didn't work. When I checked again (3rd time), I was told that there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and they'll check with their Manager and get back for me - for the remaining duration, no one got back to me. I had a similar experience with the TV not working. These are trivial issues and I can certainly live without Wi-Fi and TV, but the point here is that it added to my bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you're on a business trip. Hugely disappointing!

What is special about this hotel is customer service amazing staff starting from the security to room service every department staff are simply amazing. Special thanks to Mr Shabir. Who took care of food at odd hrs. Only cigarette smell in room is unpleasant. Other than that even the rooms are very clean. Once again amazing staff and service. Thank you will visit again.
