It was a purely healthy stay this time, I along with my family stayed for four days , unfortunately my wife suffered a pain in stomach...our regular medicines were ineffective...but hotel staff and management help us to go to doctor and get cured, so this trip was total healthy for us ...where they cared us a lot

Very good hotel to be. Let me list down pros and cons. Pros Price wise excellent. I paid less than 2k Inr/day Food in the hotel good and not over priced. All staff are friendly and prompt. Only the reception person behaves like Govt clerk. Excellent view point in hotel Cons Location is bad no vehicular access. Very steep road. Old infrastructure but compare to price it is acceptable.

We stayed here from 29th October to 2nd November 2022. Booked via Booking.com, it was pleasant experience. Nice rooms and nice location of hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Canteen is very good. there is a Cooley service from Hotel to Cab station on Mall Road.

I booked this hotel after going through the positive online reviews but the hotel experience turn out to be opposite. The room(211) was very small,suffocating with no ventilation provided. The bathroom was smelly and its ventilation was provided inside the room. The manager denied taking food bill payment online even after request as we were out of cash and nearby atm,s were not functioning. One need to climb a 70 digree slope everytime to reach the hotel,that is exhausting to even younger people like us. Location of the hotel can be called as good for those who want to stay around foodpoints as it is close to dominos, kalsang,lovely omlette etc. but far from main mall road.The only good thing about this hotel is the old man in the kitchen who is always ready for your service with delicious food.

Hotel is good and staff is very cooperative but this hotel is located on height and you have to walk up side with your luggage to reach at hotel. They don't have parking facility, so need to pay Rs.400/- for 24 hrs.at private parking.
