This is a hotel that one must at least stay once when in Singapore. And trust me, you will want to come back again. Service is top notch. Staff feels like our friends. Suites are amazing if not, the rooms are nice too! Love the workshops that they have. We attended the Beeswax wrap making workshop and brought home a Beeswax wrap that we made ourselves. All the restaurants are superb that we didn't even need to step out of the hotel compound. Breakfast spread is one of the best that I hv ever had. If you are lucky, you will be greeted by their resident peacock at breakfast.

Our stay at Capella was exceptional and we can't wait to be back! We were there with our 3 year old and loved that the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for him (down to kid friendly bathrobes, bedroom slippers, utensils at breakfast and Stokke high chairs). We also loved that there were so many fun activities that we could participate in such as the baking class and the clay workshop! We were also there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and were touched by all the sweet treats that the hotel provided throughout our stay. The room is also insanely comfortable and amenities were top notch. Breakfast was also delicious and I loved the incredible variety! We really appreciated the service provided by Set and Adoncia, among many others whom unfortunately we did not get the names of. Thank you Capella for helping us to create such wonderful memories!

Capella Singapore demonstrated unbridled luxury. It is absolutely sublime, super luxe and mega relaxing. We stayed in the Hotel itself, but the villas with their private plunge pools are also pretty special. The staff address you by name from the moment you enter, and predict every whim before you even think of it. The Hotel Manager Roman Angulo is an extraordinary leader of a truly beautiful team of people. Special shout of to Manish from the pool and breakfast area - he couldn't have done more for us - juices - water - cocktails - towels - newspapers - and that big smile. If you're looking for extraordinary - then you've found it.

In my 20+ years as a road warrior, I have had the opportunity to stay at a wide variety of hotel/resort properties across the world. For my wife and my 35th wedding anniversary we decided to layover in Singapore for 5 days on our way to Bali. Having never been to Singapore it would have been easy to stick with a global brand, but we wanted something more intimate so we chose Capella located on Sentosa Island (15 min. /$10 taxi ride to/from downtown). If you want an urban Singapore experience, by all means I’m sure there are other good hotels in the city, but if you want the convenience of the city while staying at a quiet, restful, beachfront estate to decompress at, this is the place. From our first encounter with the reception team, to the final encounter at check-out, we were exquisitely cared for every step of the way. At every encounter across the property we were greeted by name and everyone genuinely seemed to want the best possible experience for us. When one of the Culture Team (they’re Concierge’s) found out our bags were lost in transit, they quickly delivered “care packages” to us to help us get through until we could buy some necessities. No matter where you went, the staff knew who you were and wanted to take the time to get to know you and find some way to be of service or make your experience even better. This kind of service excellence starts with strong leadership (Robyn & Bastian were both gracious, knowledgeable and humble) and then it takes selecting great people to build a a strong team that are all aligned on the client experience. While this was our first stay at a Capella, it won’t be our last and we couldn’t thank everyone enough.

Visited last April 2023 for my birthday. Forgotten to write the review till I booked another stay later this year and looking forward to it. Was upgraded to 1 bedroom villa with GHA membership and just nice for my birthday celebration. There were complimentary cake and welcome amenities. Balloons and pretty ones. Even the next day at the breakfast restaurant, the staff also knew it was my birthday and brought me a slice of cake too. This is indeed good customer experience. Was a fantastic stay and stay tune for the next upcoming stay review.
