Nothing like the pictures online. Rooms were old, outdated and in need of renovation. Toilet ran all night, bathtubs were dirty and shower heads were falling apart. Only one elevator worked in the building. Bed sheets were dirty and obviously hadn’t been changed. Requested extra pillows that never came. Just an overall underwhelming experience which I paid too much for. Go somewhere else.

This hotel does not meet the standard in which I’ve come to expect of Hilton. First of all the price! Apparently there was a concert or some sort of event that drove the price up! Much higher than it should have been. Plus we arrived late that night. The hotel was a good ways away from the strip. This was ok with us since we had a car and could drive in. The hotel lobby was very nice, the rooms were very worn. Again, not worth the price. The clothes washer was so dirty that we couldn’t do any laundry. The coffee pot was so dirty that after quite a few times washing it out we decided to just not use it. The staff wasn’t very nice or friendly either. Upon checking out I wasn’t even asked how my room or stay was. Again lower quality and service than the Hilton brand used to promise.

Stranded on the balcony

Since my last review for yesterday was erased. I was locked on the balcony of my room. The broken lock lose door shut and locked . I yelled down to a guest with his wife a kid. That I was locked out. Front door was bolted shut. He said maintenance was right here and he would tell them. A maintenance guy looked up and I waved right here. Another woman came and asked me what room was I in? Really? I’m on the 4th floor end unit. Could she not figure that out? Then she walks away shaking her head. Because I was unsure the room number. Then another worker taking pictures acting like she’s taking video of the landscape. 2 hours later, I see someone trying to get in. I thought it was security. It was my BF breaking in with card and the do not disturb sign. Staff was never going to get me off the balcony. They all pretended they didn’t know, with smirks on their faces. This is the new generation of humanity. Their jobs are more important than a human life. It’s disgusting. This is why I keep getting taken down. I came for the pools. They are all shut down except one side. Our Ac went out. Waited 10 minutes for the elevator. A worker had to get into the elevator to bring it up the the 4 th floor. Only thing nice is the weight room.

room was not clean @ checkin couldn’t get in till 6:30 pm stayed in bldg 1 There is only one elevator working out of two increasing long wait times THE NORTH ELEVATOR IN BLDG 1 HAS BEEN OT FOR NEARLY A YEAR STAYED HERE IN DECEMBER 23 & THE NORTH ELEVATOR WAS OUT THEN STAYED HERE IN JULY ALSO IN 23 & IT WAS OUT THEN TO . Considering the 2024 dues increase this is unacceptable On plus side the room was clean comfortable @ 6:30 pm Fix the elevator problems & get checkin back @ 4pm & my rating will go up

My lady and I opted for the 2BR unit so I could bring my Grandson and his girlfriend on their first trip to Vegas. The unit was far above our expectations. It was large, roomy, quiet and comfortable. Our only complaint was that of 8 dispensers in the unit, only 1 shampoo had any contents. That situation was quickly corrected when staff was notified. Also, we had hoped to be able to ride the local bus to and from "the Strip" but found that we were about 1 mile south of the route of The Deuce (the bus that serves the Strip). It ended up being cheaper to rent a car than to Uber, and most of the big resort casinos offer either free parking or free parking for military. This facility is beautiful. The HEATED pool is gorgeous. The restaraunt is excellent, however offers very limited choices for Gluten Intolerant people. We would stay there again.
