Not even close to being a great stay

We booked this place for 4 days and had to leave a day early. The beds were so hard and the traffic and tree trimming noise was unbearable. Upon checking in, we found hairs on top of our bed. Otherwise, it was clean. Updating in the room is necessary as the mirror and Kleenex cover in the bathroom is banged up. The mirror at the bottom is turning black. There is rust in the bathroom which needs to be fixed. We left for the day and came back at 3:30. The room was not tidied up and the maid said that she needed 10 minutes and we'd have to leave the room. Ok, we went down in the lobby for 45 minutes, came back, and it still wasn't clean. The front desk called housekeeping for us and it was cleaned in another 30 minutes. The front desk check in was slow and not extremely friendly. They weren't rude, just kind of unhappy. The breakfast was OK. I'd prefer a bit of fruit, but there was none available. There was yogurt, sausage, and eggs. The resort fee is laughable as this place is not even close to being a resort in my book. It's a tired hotel in need of updates and not worthy of a great rating.

Stayed for 13 nights and can highly recommend. Spotless throughout. Breakfast not great but not very important to my wife and I - other reviews mention breakfast variety lacking and the same each morning. Friendly and helpful staff, room plenty big, Disney Park shuttles worked great for us being good times and highly punctual. Pool not large but again very clean and most relaxing, which we preferred over the larger (with pool bar) neighbouring Caribe Royle.) We would certainly book again without hesitation.

9 Of us stayed between 3 rooms Rooms lovely clean and spacious Breakfast plentiful and very clean Great location Staff super helpful and helped with calling taxis. Really nice pizza on site The pool was really nice and the use of next door pool was lovely

What a fantastic hotel. The room was very spacious with a sitting room, nice bathroom, and separate bedroom. It was clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Best was it has a pizza 🍕 place next to loby that was open late. We returned from Disney too tired to go anywhere for supper so we ordered pizza and grabbed a few beers and took it to our room to enjoy. I highly recommend this facility.

Liked the location - good for access to major roads and theme parks - and the public areas in the hotel were very smart. The room was spotless but the suite design makes the sitting room windowless. We hardly used that part of the suite. The suite was on the cold side but the aircon did not seem to have a working heat mode. Good guest self-service laundry. Good in-house Pizza place - boxed to take to your room. Good fridge and microwave but we took our own kettle as coffee makers don't do good water for tea. Shops across the road had all you might need in basics. Breakfast was reliable and there was plenty of choice. At times it was very busy but they did open an overflow room. Everything was disposable which was a shame. They had staff clearing plates and restocking food all the time which was good.
