Stayed here while visiting our daughter, it is literally a couple of steps from a U Bahn station so could not be more convenient. The staff were very helpful and professional, with a 24 hour reception. You have a code to enter your room which is great so no keys or cards to lose! Our room was spotless and there were nice quality sheets on the bed. The room was very warm which was great as it was -6 C outside but we were also able to open the window for fresh air which we loved as a lot of hotels do not allow this.We didn't eat breakfast so cannot comment on this but there are snacks and drinks available to buy in the reception if you need them. Will definitely stay again when we visit.

Nice hotel...not luxury but comfortable and warm. Breakfast was 11 euros but you could eat as much as you liked . Here at present on a long extended stay due to girlfriend having snapped her ankle and being in hospital . Hotel was helpful and let me stay on longer than expected. Very close to local transport less then 100 metres away. Main reception was manned 24 hrs and was although manned all the time you could check in using the touch pad. Beds were comfortable but could do with more pillows. Plus a tea /coffee making equipment in room would be very helpful. When booking I suggest asking for a middle/back room as front can get very noisy due to constant sirens on main Rd. Over all a nice place to stay.

We arrived before 3pm and were allowed to book in, very easy and no issues. The reception staff are lovely and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. We didn’t pre book breakfast but decided to try it £19 for 2 people was very reasonable and no limit on what you could eat, I will definitely be staying here again if we return to Berlin, the location is great for accessing all transport with a station almost immediately outside the hotel

I’ve stayed here before but won’t stay again. To save money, they’ve installed a system where you check in at a kiosk rather than with a clerk. The hotel now has the feel of a prison, with the person sitting behind the desk as a guard. When I left this morning the clerk didn’t even make eye contact, much less say “Thank you!” Maybe this is the future, but it’s not an appealing future.
