Stayed for 3 nights here and I really enjoyed the place. Nice and clean swimming pool. a good buffet breakfast with many choices and also a very good large room. The only problem was that sometimes some clients smoked in the public area which was not nice for this high standard hotel.

Be very careful. Take snapshots of any room or fixture damage as soon as you open the room door. Housekeeping cannot be trusted to record room defects including damaged bath robes, carpet burn marks due to cigarettes and chipped furniture. The rooms are old and the carpets and bathroom moldy. The fun begins at checkout when their inept housekeepers do a room inspection while you are checking out downstairs. Housekeepers then report damage and you'll be asked to pay for it. So, inspect everything upon arriving into your assigned room. Otherwise, it can get real ugly on checkout. It'll be your word versus the housekeepers who are responsible for that floor. Avoid the 7th and 9th floor if possible.

People smoking in the Cafe at reception whilst you try to enjoy a coffee was disgusting. Black mould around the bathtub & wifi keeps switching off. Limited staff speak English, and thus, when I called room service, I was hung up on. The pool chairs had black mould on them, which ruined my swimmers and made my towel black and stained. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn't even change my sheets. I had organised pick up from the airport & nobody turned up and the hotel didn't even realise they had forgotten.

Rooms are very comfortable. Hotel spotlessly clean. Pool area lovely. Buffet breakfast great. That's where it stops. Lobby bar is pathetic with staff unable to make a cocktail. Restaurant at night is not good. Warm beer, worst bruschetta I've ever had, and the prawn crackers served with my nasi goreng were older than I am. Several menu items unavailable. Great place to stay, but avoid the bar and restaurant

I went for a swimming with my friends and kids, both of them had to pay 200k/ each and they’re only 2years old. Before covid-19 we used to go there many times and only adults pay that fee. Only got one towel even I paid for 2. The swimming pool was very dirtyyyy and the chairs around the pool the same. Service was slow and the drinks wasn’t cold enough. I will never go again.
