I have visited many resorts all over Kerala but I have experienced something different this time as it follows with mainly the guest service. It was unexpected, I have never expected this kind of respect and service my the staff. Coming to the ambience it was wonderful, I loved there thoughtful idea of the design and the rooms were every well maintained with luxurious feel living in those rooms.The food was fabulous, I have tasted various tastes by there style of preparing the food with different spices. I loved the chicken curry and the fruit salad. I was surprised with the mat flooring in swimming pool. The design was extremely beautiful at nighttime’s.At last The experience was memorable with new place and the staff.

We had a wonderfull joyness with haven resort, 2 min walk to beach accomodative staff, good food exspecially break fast...... Must tell about clint who runs the show in better manner.... Swimming pool clean & tidy overall gone with excellent experiance... Thanks to all people in havwn

Good and a safe place for a family stay.Kids had a very good time at the play area . Swimming pool was neat and hygienic.Rooms were also neat and clean.Highly recommend this place for a family stay. Best place around Alleppey. Customer service was great too.
