I had unfortunate experience with the receptionist. Despite arriving promptly and seeking assistance, I was left waiting for sometime without any help or acknowledgment from the receptionist for a while. Since only Bell Attendant was present there only. This lack of attention to guests' needs is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel's customer service standards. I hope that management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests. Disappointing and frustrating stay. They did like this because my mother who stayed their doesn't understand English and was communicating by using translator.

I DO NOT recommend it at all. I had a stay that was supposed to be longer than 6 nights; they have a very nice place, where you can get anything in a minute. However, I shorten it immediately 2nd morning, the main concern was the cleaning, I complain once I received my first room as it was not clean ever, even the bedsheets looks like not changed after the guest checked out; they thankfully changed me to a higher floor, which was a bit better, however, their standards are not acceptable, I found many very small flies especially in the bathroom, even I did spray it myself several times but with no luck, I got many bites, even the curtains is sordid, thus I decided not to stay an hour more, then hotel management decided to charge me one more night +5% credit card fees

nice place to stay in friendly staff with high sense of urgency and dedication in responding to any request . Room is always clean and tidy . Hotel is also surrounded by clinics ,bakary ,supermarkets, lulu hypermarket and other necessary needs

I’m first time in this hotel. Location not bad 15 min by walk to Al wahda mall, there are supermarkets, shops and other important things. Hotel not big but cozy. Rooms designed like a studio, have kitchen with important things. Size of the room big with city view. Hotel have pool area on top floor, spa on 13 floor and room with steam and sauna for male and female separate. Hotel’s team friendly and provide good job. For tourists very good option book this hotel. I wish for everyone enjoy and have a good time stay in Al Diar Sawa hotel!
