1. When we arrived we were greeted nicely from the receptionist who I am assuming was the owner of the property she suggested us to have something from their menu as it was too hot and we chose the lime juice which we thought she offered to us as a welcome drink but no they did charge us for it during check out. If you are calling yourself a 3 star which for sure you aren't you can do the least is offer your guests a welcome drink. 2. The owner again suggested we order breakfast from them as it's fresh and tastes good and others outside seem to add too much color in the food and make it oily so we agreed for it that costed us total of ₹800 for 2 people for 2 days again that wasn't worth the quantity at all however taste wise it was not bad. 3. They offered us a 1BHK room which was spacious & had a lawn attached outside the window however there was a kitchen with nothing there, they should have kept some microwave or fridge or some appliances at least for the guests convenience. 4. We expected to get at least 2 bottles of water each day in our room but there was only 1 kept and the next day no one bothered to refresh/ being new bottles of water also they charge you more than the MRP for the bottle of water or anything for that matter. 1L of water costs ₹20 they charge you ₹30 which is a wrong practice again. 5. The beds were two twins attached together also the mattress was torn from inside and there were too many mosquitoes in the room. 6. The TV doesn't work and it's good for nothing with only selected number of channels that are free to air basis it isn't a smart or Android TV either that one can connect their device on. 7. The gameroom on day 1 was open and they do have good games like billards, carrom, chess, TT, foosball, etc. We were told that the games room is always open between 8 am to 11 pm however on day 2 we had to call the guy to open the game room as it was locked which is understandable cause they didn't have much guests staying at the property 8. Also this is basically a proper building with apartments and not any sort of a resort or a 3 star hotel at all. 9. Location wise it is very inside where the roads are really very bad and one could actually fall off the vehicle if ridden in monsoons. The vibe of the place doesn't give a good aura and feels very dull at least for me. Also the person you talk to on the call or texts named Hetvi is not the same person as the receptionist and they both don't have any coordination of what the guest is offered on site I'll attach a ss of the chat for the same for you to understand what I mean. 10. Hospitality staff were very sweet and polite they did their best they could however on day 2 we had called for them to clean the room for which it took them more than 2 hours and they told us to keep our plates they will come and take but that didn't happen and we had to keep it out in the night by ourselves which is okay but they should have informed us about the same. The girl at the reception while you check out again tries to lure you to review them at that very point and they will give us a 10% discount coupon for the next stay which I feel is unfair if you have had guests staying at your property treat everyone equally cause in the end everyone has paid to stay and aren't staying for free of cost. They have no pool at the property as of yet, they do provide you with 2 wheelers for ₹600/day, they will try to lure you by talking very sweetly to take up a few things or so please I suggest you to not take it up as there are better eateries around there for much cheaper prices and better quality, quantity and taste especially the home cooked food like fish thali, chicken thali, mutton thali, veg thali etc. Overall I felt the rooms were over priced for the location and services offered & I wasn't happy nor satisfied with the service of Acons Palm Beach Resort (which it is definitely not). The only thing that made me smile at the property were the housekeeping staff especially the man and the lady who always have a smile on their faces.

Great place to spend time with ur loved one , great spend to celebrate birthday party , safe place for married couples.. peaceful place to have holiday with family ,stay like home feel like home .

The stay is awesome and the staff is very good. The rooms are also very beautiful and the aura is esthetic. The beaches are also nearby and essentials are readily available. Overall stay food and games are giving a different experience for spending a holiday. A must visit place.

It was a good experience it's little outcut area but if u have your own vehicle you must stay here. They provide utensils and induction for baby food thank you for your support , it's pleasure to stay here. They have indoor games facilities which is also attractive and we enjoyed a lot in late evening

spacious stay overall good experience for us. easy check in and check out. In house food quality was average but yes they have lots of options we tried a few. Most perfect thing was game lounge and the view from game lounge. Nearby to alibaug and varsoli beach.
