The staff is excellent.. The maintenance is good... The rooms are neat and clean and immediately the staff attends to any complains. My kids also got complementary ice cream while leaving the hotel.. They are very considerate. Thank you....

The experience I had at the hotel surpassed all expectations that I had during booking. Nice, clean, well maintained property supported by excellent staff made the stay very memorable. The staff behaviour, professionalism and friendliness is highly appreciated. They go the extra mile to delight the customers which is highly commendable. It is the best hotel in chennai and i don’t think i can ever find a better one. Love the staff and service. Coming in chennai was a different experience but staying in Accord chrome was on a whole another level. Chromepet is going to be one of my favourite places from now on. I’d suggest to come to chennai just to experience a stay in this hotel.

I slept well after a very long time during my stay here. It was perfect for an impromptu work cum leisure stay. The window side sofa was the favourite dreamy spot of the room. The staff were ever smiling, warm, and very sweet. The food was tasty and there were a lot of options.
