Sanjib and Souvik did a great job - they were very courteous and my stay was enjoyable. Room was great, there is internet connection available, and the lunch and the complimentary breakfast were all good. Location is perfect for me as I was here for my Visa OFC appointment.

It was wonderful experience to stayHotel Auris. The location of the hotel is very good. All prime locations are nearby. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous. Sanjib from front desk was very helpful. Food in Zyka was also good.

This is by far the best hotel in terms of service. Mr Souvik was very assisting and helped me a lot … especially when I had to get a document printed ASAP which I missed . Also Ms Promanjula in reception was outstanding .. very polite and crisp replies to my queries. Way to go. Finally this hotel should be the number one choice to all such travellers who are coming to visit the US Consulate office for fingerprints as it is just 3-4 mins walk and the hotel is reasonably priced!!!

The service was great. Souvik helped Us to get through the process and plan our trip. Food was good But the rooms were compact with odd smell. Visited with family. Center of the city and was able to commute easily. Great if your visit is for shopping
