Great stay here, staff were nice and food was also good. Great location and all the places to visit were very near. Looking forward to stay here whenever i come to kolkata for sure. Souvik and saumel were great help with all the check in and check out related stuff.

The service, food quality, ambience and behaviour of the staff. We will do all our future conferences here. We had team of 74 but the venue was sufficient space to accommodate us. The variety and quality of food was amazing. We also booked our rooms for our employees and training.

Everything about this place is good. BUT if you keep a party here, be prepared to have your guests left starving. They literally do not serve you food and do cost cutting by ensuring super super slow service. The two floor managers just sit and chit chat. Bartenders are not upto the mark. And the main manager doesn't care about what's happening, all hel say is *il look into it* and then MIA.
