Best hotel in kumbakonam as of now. A new property with best of amenities. Even though located bit inside, still it’s in close proximity to all the temples. Staffs here are very courteous and rooms are neatly maintained.. a must try hotel in the holy town of kumbakonam

An excellent new property in Kumbakonam. Extremely neat and clean with modern furnishing. Good staff. The stay was comfortable and i would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Kumbakonam. I liked the bed quality and pillow quality well. I normally used to have issues with very high and thick pillows in other hotels, but the one I got here was very comfortable and enabled me to have a sound sleep.

My recent stay at Kingsbury Inn left me with mixed feelings due to a couple of unfortunate incidents that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, I would like to address a maintenance issue that needs urgent attention. The Western toilet in my hotel bathroom was broken, causing inconvenience throughout my stay. The toilet seat was unstable, and the fix was not proper as it is a newly constructed hotel within 2 months, despite my attempts to bring it to the attention of the hotel staff. Additionally, during my time at the hotel, I encountered a safety concern that further marred my experience. I sustained a cut on my left hand from the ceramic of the broken toilet, highlighting not only the inconvenience but also a potential hazard to guests. It is crucial for the hotel management to prioritize regular maintenance checks to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. A broken toilet not only causes inconvenience but also poses a risk of injury. I recommend that the hotel takes immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. While I understand that unforeseen problems can arise, it is the responsibility of the hotel to promptly address and rectify such issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests. I hope this feedback proves constructive, and the necessary measures are taken to enhance the overall guest experience at Kingsbury Inn.

Ambiance was good, rooms were well maintained and hotel staff were very supportive. Food was great. Peaceful Location. Toilets were clean and properly maintained. Complimentary breakfast was also very tasty.

The staff were courteous, rooms were were quite decent and clean. Though we had issues with car parking, the security team was quite helpful. The restaurant and kitchen are small, but good enough to cater for the footfalls at the hotel. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Special thanks for the owner of the hotel and his family.
