The hotel and lodging is situated on main road Katra, surrounded by shops, ATMS, hotels, business houses and other establishments. The service is very good and staff runs to help customers. The rooms are very spacious and with all facilities. Lift service, toilets on ground floor also available. The dinning facilities are nice.

Good and Perfect Hotel for Everyone stay at KATRA. The staff is courteous and helpful always ready to cater with needs of there guests. The restaurant on the ground floor is nice place whether you wish a quick snack or food. The location is very excellent just near to the heart of the Katra town.

The hotel I booked earlier was bad So I came to this place and booked 2 rooms here for a day, The rooms were very clean tidy, The receptionist cum manager was very very good. The hotel is in the Bus stand premises so you don't have to worry, The hotel also has a restaurant so no tension of food is also there. The cost of a room is around Rs. 2500, the price is on the higher side but the rooms were very very clean and good. Room Service is also very great. The food they serve in the restaurant is frankly not well, I had tried the food only once and I didn't like it So no marks for food, other than that 5 stars.

Most convenient location as it is at bus stand and 10 min drive to railway station. Neat and clean room but we found cock roaches when returned back. Also to note that it is on the bus stand, so noise of bus horn is very common. Staff was helpful and Internet was super slow.

Located at the Bus Stand which is at the heart of Katra,this hotel is a very practical one.Its just a few meters away from the pilgrim's registration counter popularly known as the parchi counter.The rooms are spacious n clean n there's the market also close by..but it's advisable to book the hotel once you reach there..they offer huge discounts which is not available on the websites!!
