We were delighted to stay here for 5 days to explore Thekkady and Periyar, and it’s a truly lovely hotel that embraces its natural location. The hotel feels like it’s in the middle of a jungle, and we were so excited to see the monkeys each morning - which was amongst our most magical memories from India. The hotel is just a short walk from the Periyar park counter, so it’s also very good for those looking to explore the NP. The staff and restaurant are also fantastic!

We loved staying at this hotel. If you want to feel at home outside home then this resort is the right place for you. They have good food, comfortable rooms and the staff here is just so polite and warm. Be it reception, housekeeping or the restaurant all departments are just excellent with their work. A special mention of Ms. Subha at the restaurant, she was just so kind and humble and catered to all our needs. The Manager Mr. Varghese was another humble gentleman who took all our feedbacks positively and was so happy to answer all the questions that we had about the different parts of the resort. We will definitely want to go back to this resort. Excellent service, humble staff at a reasonable price what more can you ask for.

I chose this place instead of Spice Village because it had AC and it was a good decision. The air is very humid and although it cools off at night, we couldn’t leave the door open because of bugs. I saw monkeys on the roofs in the morning as well so that might have been a problem also if we had the door open. The location is in a very peaceful area with shops in both directions. The property is in a mountainous lush setting with a lot of trees and shrubs. They have a pool and provide a snack and hot drinks in the late afternoon. They also provide a welcome drink at checkin. Our room was spacious with the usual amenities including a table and chair, desk and chair, fridge, safe and closet. They had a patio also with two chairs and a table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast buffet in our plan and it was varied and good.

Wonderful resort in the midst of town but with a green lush outlook We loved staying here as we could walk to everything and the whole vibe was relaxed. We even had a monkey visit our room in the afternoon. Pool was refreshing and breakfast tasty
