the hotel is close to the sea. good breakfasts. but there was theft in the hotel, things were stolen from my room.!! things were stolen directly from the room. the hotel director said that this could not happen. The hotel management could not explain this in any way! I do not recommend the hotel.

The stay was overwhelming. I was very happy when I entered the hotel also the ambience was. Everything was neat and clean. Organised. Food was top notch. Staff was cooperative also the manager. Plus point is it was near by candolim beach. We will surely visit again.😇

Value for money, minutes away from the beach, amazing food, clean & newly renovated spacious rooms. Owners value service, fresh linen (speaks a lot in itself about the place you are staying). Beach is just a 4 minute walk away. Close to markets and restaurants as well in case you want to shop or dine out. They have suites as well apart from regular rooms.

Not a good experience. Listing pros and cons Pros 1. Nice clean rooms in less price 2. restaurant management is good. Food is fine. Note:- Wi-Fi is bit consistent here and don't disconnect frequently Cons 1. Wi-Fi is really bad. disconnect in few minutes. If you are looking for work from the hotel, it's really not a choice for you. I booked this hotel based on reviews of good wifi and hugely disappointed. 2. Towels were not cleaned properly, reported issue to management 3. room cleaning was not done even when informed to do so over a call and then hotel staff argued about it that why it was not said personally on reception while leaving. 4. No parking available. You need to Park it 200-300 metres away if you have a car. In my opinion, it's better to spend a bit more and get better property as it's nowhere like 3 star property but like a 2 star.

Very disappointing experience at the hotel.The issue started with google location and parking the owner says they have parking but they actually don’t have even a 2 wheeler parking. When you ask them where to park the vehicle they show a place very far from the hotel.The google location of the hotel is incorrect as it shows that the hotel in on main candolim beach road but it isn’t. The rooms are decent but services are not good.There is an issue with water pressure, hot water is not available all the time you have to call and update them about it again and again.The washrooms have a smell because there is no exhaust fan.The staff is polite but the owner needs more experience in running the hotel.
