On account of a conference visited Hyders Park in Kodai. Honestly the hotel is a little underwhelming The designs and decor are loud. Rooms are small and there is nothing luxurious about it. The restaurant was under renovation hence food is catered from outside. Despite multiple requests I got my tea with sugar while I asked for sugarless Breakfast was a set menu with Idlies, Vada and dosa This was alright and manageable Overall not worth !

Room service is below average. After repeatedly calling and arguing would they be willing to provide anything. The staff didn't even provide tea bags for the two rooms citing an out-of-stock issue. No proper amenities provided in the washroom. The room is, however, clean and beautiful which was the good part. The vent of the washroom was broken and could sense smoke coming from the adjacent room. TV no channel was subscribed too. Pretty miser staff. Wouldn't recommend staying again. No value for money!

One of the memorable stay in Kodaikanal High quality food at Anifa restaurant we stay with family with child , 24 hrs hot water , Lift facilities to all floors modern interior , Recommend to all friends good price too

No Breakfast even after payment , No service , No attendents , Isolated Hotel Worst expirience Not worth the money at all . I confirmed with manager that we will get breakfast or not before booking he said yes but upon arrival no one ready to listen .

Hi, stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It is neat and clean. Staffs are very cordial. Room tariff is very reasonable. Amenities provided are excellent. My suggestion is to include complimentary breakfast.
