We booked this hotel online and paid the entire amount but they cancelled our booking at the last minute. When we called them 2 hours prior to reaching, the manager had the audacity of shouting at us because we had apparently disturbed his sleep. With two small kids in tow and journeying overnight, it was a rude shock to us when we were informed of our rooms being cancelled without intimation. Later, they allotted us a room. When we went for our complimentary breakfast, it was pathetic to say the least. They had a cold poha, cold upma and cold sandwich disguised as breakfast. We had to pay and order for something decent. In our entire Gujarat trip, this was by far the most unpleasant hotel we stayed. The room, washroom, furnishings and fixtures were so worn out and completely unmaintained.

Rooms are OK but service is really really pathetic. We stayed for two nights and struggled to get anything done from the staff, be it getting drinking water in the room or getting the bedsheets changed. They don't even honor the room service timings mentioned on the menu card. Had to fight for a glass of milk for my 3 year old. Not at all worth the stay here. Booking this hotel was a BIG mistake

Rooms are very good with plenty of wood work but my room didn’t have a cupboard or a place to hang clothes. Secondly they had promised on make my trip booking site that they will provide tea coffee maker but what we find in room is only a electric kettle. With any coffee tea or sugar sachets. On tellling the reception person he says it should be there but as all items are expired they are not putting for entire two days they did not put the same in my room.restaurant food is good but they chargingon little higher side. But one thing to complement is that breakfast is good.

I booked this hotel from booking.com with the option to pay at hotel but i got a call from the hotel to pay advance by bank deposit or else they would cancel the booking & so i did. On the day of billing, they had no idea about my advance payment & i had to provide the bank receipt for their acknowledgement which is terrible in terms of customer support. Pros: Good spacious clean bedrooms & washrooms. Sofa-cum-bed in most rooms so you don't have to pay for extra person. Sugar-n-spice restaurant inside the hotel so no worry of food. Value for money. Cons: Untrained staff & poor service.

Stayed at this hotel while on a recent visit to Dwarka. The facade looks good from the outside and the interiors are also good. Booked a double room which was made available to us on 4th floor. This property has just come up in the last 2 months. Parking is available near the hotel premises. WIFI is provided complimentary, however the booking that we had made did not have complimentary breakfast. The room was pretty decent in size. However to our utter surprise there was no cupboard inside the room however we still stuck to it. LCD TV is available in the room. A restaurant is attached to the hotel and provides delicious food. Please note that the water from the taps is salty. So please avoid drinking regular water and stick to mineral water. The management should look into providing storage for keeping clothes. The hotel is 10 mins away from the Dwarkadish temple by car
