This backwaters property is the most unusual in the area. The rooms face the waters and the sunset can be enjoyed right by the lake. The staff are friendly and serve delicious home-cooked meals by the lake. It is simply remarkable! Ideal for a family break.

It’s a very good place to be with family and others. Rooms are very cleaned and good air conditioned . It’s a pleasant view outside . They prepare food on demand . It’s was delicious and tasty . Staffs are very cooperative and helpful.They are arranging for fishing and boating in front of cottages .Thanks for fantastic stay.

The resort is located in a very scenic setting. Therefore it was peaceful and restful in absolute silence, just the waves gently breaking against the rocks below. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and just the right quantities. The rooms are clean are so is the bathroom.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the lake facing sunset view family cottage. Beautiful view of the vast expansive Vembanad lake just as you open the door. Real surprise: we boarded the shikara boat n front of our cottage. Enjoyable 2 hr boating sunset ride 4-6pm. Even if you are not on the boat at that time, you can still enjoy the sunset right from the cottage waterfront. Without any hustling and jostling, a private sunset at that. Place lush with green vegetation. They grow vegetables to meet own requirements of the resort. Pleasant wind, sound of waves, birds chirruping... Nice tasty hot (i.e., warm) food served. On order. Both Jomil (from the kitchen) and Ms Asha (coordinator) gave personal attention. Overall we had an excellent and relaxing stay. Value for money. Truly a hidden gem among many resorts in Kumarakkam.

The best stay at Kumarakom. We are a family of 3 and took a family room. This lake view stay is simply superb. We enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, awesome lake view, delicious food and the best service. We will certainly visit this place again. We highly recommend it for families as well as friends .
