I would like to share my experience in Staying with BEST WESTERN Hotel Maryland. I was travelling from Manali to Jaipur with my Family & Children’s, I checked in on 22/1/2023 and Checked out on 23/1/2023, I took a 4 rooms of Executive Categories. Our rooms was stinking so badly with smoke & Alcohol, and the pillow cover’s was also not clean properly. When i asked the management to please help me out because my niece and nephew was not feeling comfortable in that smoky rooms and there’s no option available for ventilation. But they just came up with a Room spray which was not enough to stayed in those rooms. Anyways! the best part of the hotel is they are charging of anything you order more than the MRP, like for example i have ordered a Bisleri water bottle in my room, and the price was mentioned ₹20 on that bottle but they have charged 4x times on the MRP price, and if you request them to please take it back as I don’t need it, than it’s not possible according to them because the bill was already printed and now you have to pay for it unless you need it on not. If you don’t trust me, please see the attached photo of that bill. Although hotel is new with all the basic amenities, rooms are good enough because its a new property but the staff is very incompetent with there customers specially new customers. I met with Mr. PANKAJ in Restaurant, I don’t even think so that he’s completed his Hotel Management Course Afterwards at the Time of Checked out I met with the Lady on the Front desk Miss/Mrs. NIRMLA has a very bad attitude and was very rude with myself & others. Overall:- I had a very Nasty experience to Staying in Chandigarh, it would be much better if i could stayed in other hotel.

We had worst experience of our life staying at this place, it was a nightmare for us, I checked in this property along with my family during covid time and requested for water during late hours, they served us water in reusable bislery bottles and when I called up the manager and raised this he said we wash the bottles at a certain temperature. They were completely non compliant on the covid protocols and I was shocked to hear this from duty manager and have risk my family's life with such unprofessionally managed property

Have stayed at Maryland Zorakpur with family during covid and during late hours we requested for drinking water, they have served us drinking water in reused bisleri water bottles and when I questioned the manager on duty that why did you serve us water in reused bisleri water bottles he simply answered that we wash these bottles at certain temperature and then serve. They have risk our lives and breached all the covid protocols and I never recomened this property to anyone
