We got a deluxe room a huge one, totally 5 star standard, the room service was excellent, the staff in the restaurant were amazing, we had a great check in and the reception team were very professional. Fantastic food all the days.keep up the good work.

It was a decent trip overall as there were few things which could have had been better in terms of hospitality. Would definitely recommend families to visit but only during monsoon and winter season as the buffet area is not air conditioned. Their food is a plus and would appreciate their efforts in putting up different cuisines in all possible lay out.

The view of the room was good. I loved the ambience of the hotel and the room was very good . I really want to appreciate the way of hospitality given by the bartender Mr. Karan. He is very friendly and humble. During evening, I enjoyed match in Tavern bar. The Food in buffet was good but didn't match the expectation that I thought.As I sat in the balcony area of buffet I ordered roti to their staff as I had to wait for more than half an hour after reminding them more than 2 times . The Resort had too much electricity problems.The reception counter is very slow as I had to wait for more than 2 hours for two rooms. Indoor pool was clean .As Everything was great and I recommend to visit to lonavala to experience once in their life
