I do not know where to start with this review.... We arrived on a Thursday afternoon after a twelve hour travel day. On arrival we were met with Monay who very apologetically stated to us that the 'manager' had put a note on the account that the suite we had booked wasn't available and that they were putting us in a double room however they would comp us breakfast and parking. We thought ok that's fine. We went up to the room and it was set up like an office. There was a computer and printer in there which said HR office on. Went to reception and asked to change room. Was told that they had over sold the hotel and there were not any other rooms. We were given the option of going to another hotel for the night then moving back tomorrow or having the computer taken out. As we were only in Dallas for 3 nights we didn't want to waste time moving twice so we waited for the computer to be taken out. Monay could not apologise enough. She gave us a free drink from the bar. All was fine until the last night when the toilet broke. Maitanence came and fixed it however it broke again. We were given the option to move rooms or get it fixed again. Now I wish we had opted to get it fixed as we ended up in 3 different rooms. Two rooms had bugs in them. Dead and alive. These rooms both had balconies. We was told they were grasshoppers. The last room we went in didn't have a balcony and no bugs were seen. This hotel needs closing and completely refurbing. It is clearly showing its age through wear and tear and cleanliness. Just another thankyou to Monay for making the best out of a bad situation. She is far too good for this hotel.

We stayed here as our flight was cancelled. People at hotel reception were very helpful. Our room was large and had a good shower. It also had a basic coffee machine with instant coffee and tea . We also had a microwave in our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It’s a little walk to bars and restaurants.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've recieved in a hotel in my 25+ years of traveling. The staff needs to be trained on what customer service is and how to speak and treat their guests. I officially complained through IHG Hotels and was given a case number, but I doubt anything will ever be done there. I always give credit where credit is due and the hardest working person in the hotel was the bartender. Super nice guy and keept all the glasses full. This property needs a update. The room furniture was worn and scratched, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower fixtures were broken and you had to fiddle with the knob to get the shower to come on. I actually cleaned the return air vent myself. I was in town for a convention and if the city had not been booked, I would have switched hotels after the first night.

If I could re choose hotels, I would. No shuttle service to the airport. No free breakfast. As matter of fact it was a soso 16.00 per person meal. No ice available. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet.no microwave The toilet seat was broken, the door in the bathroom had water damage, the spigot was scare loose. We asked for a cab 30 min later. and finally left in an Uber. We had a flight to catch.

Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel manager is deceitful and committed fraud with my credit card. IHG customer service is useless and has no oversight regarding corruption at their hotels. You too could find yourself without a booking, and having lost money, resulting in a fraud investigation. Thankfully there are other hotels in the area without this problem and who understand hospitality. As an international traveller who travels the globe, I have never experienced anything like this before. I'd say they should be ashamed of themselves but they don't care at all.
