The most horrible experience I ever had in my life. Booked 2 rooms through an online booking platform, also confirmed my arrival time 8 hours before over email and phone. When I reached , the hotel manager informed me that there is only 1 room available. We were 9 people including 4 kids and it was about 9pm. The manager was rude to us and was not wiling to listen to me. Never ever book this hotel. They cheat people who book through online portals.

Me with my wife and kid checked into sasti lodge by 13th may/2019 and checked out by 14th may/2019.i. must say this is the best hotel in palani which offer's good service, absolutely neat and good cooperative staffs. I would recommend all to take this hotel Rebin menon

This is a decent place if you want to stay one day to have darshan @ palani temple. You get a place with neat bed and a working A/C. You also get hot water. The major disadvantage of this place is its location that is away from any restaurant or the Bus stand. anywhere you want to go within Palani, you need to depend on Autos. But, you can walk to the footsteps of the hill within 10 mins. Staff are courteous. Overall, OK place for a short stay.

Recommended stay as a decent and clean budget hotel,just 300 meters away from Palani Temple footsteps.Pleasant environment away from the hustle bustle of main town, yet only 5-7 minutes walk to reach the temple entry point. The Manager Hari and the room boy Murugan were very courteous and helpful.
