When you see the hotel from outside it is not attractive but rooms were good and all the staffs were good . Room size was good , food quality was also good just need to have some better look. Need some more cleanliness

Stayed here hor two days with Family. The room was spacious and clean. The food items are very few and limited. There was no room service, they only served a fixed limited buffet with very few items. The hot water finished as the staff said this was due to high occupancy. Overall an average place to stay.

Hotel is quite new, but has a sewage problem..smell in the rooms. Rooms are OK with good bathroom and quite spacious. They have a peculiar system for doorkeys..they write the number of room on the key and block the door as soon as you leave...although the front desk recognizes you as a guest, they do not tell you the door is locked and cannot be opened with your key...have to go back to frontdesk (from 4th floor) and have the key re-programmed....It's to prevent theft they say....as if somebody who found a lost key WITHOUT a number on it, is going along all doors and see if it fits....Never seen such a system before. Breakfast is poor for Europeans with some toast and eggs/jam/coffee. Dinner can be served in the restaurant but is a set dinner...no choice . Very strange. We met several other guests of our hotel (Arian couples) in another hotel nearby to have a dinner at their choice. Hotel is overpriced.

Das Hotel Naman Heights wirkt wie eine kleine Luxusoase an der lärmigen Einfallsstraße, alles in hellem Marmor. Aber auch hier gilt, verlässt man das Hotel, steht man im mehr oder minder chaotischen und dreckigen Niemandsland. Allerdings gibt es etwas Besonderes: Schräg gegenüber, nur 5 Min Fußweg, ist ein neu erbauter Hindutempel, in dem man sich auch abends bei der Puja angenehm aufhalten kann. Das Hotel ist wie neu, allerdings hing zB die Bedienung der Klimaanlage an 2 Stromstrippen an der Wand herunter, eigentlich nichts Besonderes, aber wenn der „Handwerker“ nicht merkt, dass hinter der Marmorplatte Hohlräume sind und Dübel hier nicht halten und er nach dem vierten Bohrversuch die Marmorplatte zerstört hat, dann ist das schon originell. Bedeutsam für unseren Aufenthalt war das nicht, aber schon die Tatsache, dass die Klimaanlagen an einem separaten Stromkreis hingen, der nachts abgeschaltet wurde. Die Konsequenz für die Raumtemperatur war deutlich. Der herbeirufene "Techniker" hatte absolut keine Ahnung, wusste und konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Das Restaurant ist immer durch Rollos abgedunkelt. Die Kunstlichtatmosphäre ist nicht sehr angenehm. Leider gilt das auch für den Service: In dem sonst leeren Restaurant musste ich das sich langweilende Personal mehrfach auffordern, den Fernseher auszuschalten oder zumindest den Ton leiser zu stellen. Das Bollywood-Gehopse ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack.
