I hired the hotel for two days for a family friend, when the hotel showed good hospitality. Interiors and rest rooms are nice. Lift facility is also there. May be they need better housekeeping despite their very polite behaviour and courtesy.

Rooms are basic with comfortable beds, water bottles and a couch. My bathroom was large with a few amenities. The staff is really kind and helpful. They went out of their way to bring me tea and snacks and a nice big breakfast. Milan's biggest asset is the food, from its nearby restaurant. I enjoyed a couple meals here and think it was among the best food I had during my two weeks in India.

Rooms are new with all necessary items. Tariff bit higher considering room size. Breakfast available as complementary with buffet but very limited choice. Salient feature is pick and drop complementary from Railway station and was quite helpful when traveling at odd times. Overall another place you may chose to stay in MUZAFFARPUR

Was here for 3 nights stay, and all I can write is that, its a small decent hotel with only 6 rooms and 1 suite room. Service is quick. Rooms are decent however bathrooms are the only place where manouvering is little difficult, as its very small. Ask for room no105 preferably as its got some bathroom space. Food is tasty. Has got wifi. Currently renovation and additional rooms being added, hope would provide better stay in future.
