Simply delightful, comfortable and easy in every part of our stay. The room we had was clean, and comfortable. The food was sensational and the South Indian options were truly satisfying. The hotel has very welcoming routine and the lounge ambience is very good. The staff very helpful and rooms spacious with modern bathrooms. But these bathrooms are all leaking and water spills all over the floor. The power outages somehow messes up the electrical system of the rooms which needs to be addressed. The breakfast is not to the standard of 4* restaurant. Must add more seasonal fruits fresh juices and variety of cereals
