This hotel is in an isolated place. Built by some one who doesn’t know hotel biz. Stayed in 202 in super deluxe room 18th April.The room is very big with out any facilities. All light control was near the bath in one corner. No charging points near the beds. No fans except one small wall mounted over the bed. Bath room was very small no separation shower and WC. The bathroom doors are already damaged. The bed was cheap Chinese one making sound for every movement. It may break any time. The restaurant timing is very odd. BF starts after 8 am which is very inconvenient for early travellers. Very basic limited BF. Overall the staffs are untrained, they are the bosses themselves. Suggest tour operators to PLEASE avoid this property.

I really enjoyed staying at the San Nael. The room is large, and the restaurant is outstanding with delicious food and excellent pleasant service. One thing I especially like about the restaurant is that the Manager, Emerald would inform me of the special local dishes to have. He and the entire staff was very kind and helpful.

San Naela is a below par hotel. Cockroaches running all around the room. Overall hygene was bad. Front desk person was inefficient. Families, better avoid this hotel. Only plus was the food, which tasted good.

Very clean , big rooms, polite and helpful staff, always smiling. The only problem is that for the ground floor rooms, water comes into the rooms in case of heavy showers. Restaurant is good but does not offer a great variety in terms of breakfast. Overall a very nice property (not a resort though) and nice experience. Small garden with swings and bonfire was lovely.
